Girls Soccer Program Philosophy

Hollywood FC Girls Soccer Program is dedicated to the education and the development of the individual player and team so that the players may be competitive within the NEW Florida Girls League (FGL), a unified new League and pathway for girls statewide for all levels of girls soccer: Classic, Division 2, and Division 1, with promotion and relegation for all.

Get Sporty - To shape up and have fun, join a team.

A recent study found that female athletes performed better when they felt they were an important team member, and those who weren't strong athletes pushed themselves harder when they were part of a group.

Hollywood FC offers soccer programs that provide an environment where girls can be proud to play and call it home.


  • PREMIER teams are the top-tier teams that train and play matches at a more competitive level.

  • SELECT teams are REC+; they play matches in the NEW Florida Girls League (FGL) and some tournaments.

  • Wildcats ACADEMY is for beginners (no games until ready to compete, mostly boys, but we are willing to run Girls Academy if there is enough interest and registrations)

Home for Every Girl

  • New competitive players pre-register for tryouts

  • We are looking to evaluate all female players to join our ELITE, PREMIER and SELECT teams - TRYOUTS ARE FREE

  • When more girls register than roster maximums, we have to turn some away, do not delay!!!

  • TRYOUTS ARE NOT for new players to try soccer; we offer GRAY Recreational coed teams or Wildcats Academy for that

Join the Club

Our coaches focus on pushing to improve in all aspects of the game. The team priority is commitment and desire to play high school/college soccer or beyond.

All girls, regardless of skill set, are welcome to participate in Girls Soccer.


If a female team cannot form, we can offer you a spot on a boys/coed team if you are interested.


Divisions U13+ are possible; all we need is your interest, and we'll make it happen.

From age 2 to U12

  • We evaluate players and invite them to the team
  • Limited roster spots; register ASAP.

  • Divisions U5/U6/U7/U8 play 4v4
  • Divisions U8 – U10 play 7v7
  • Division U11/U12 play 9v9
  • Divisions U13+ play 11v11

  • Professional Coaches for all players
  • We know we develop girls
  • We know we develop good coaches
  • We also know neighboring club like to poach both Girls and Coaches
  • WE WILL NOT GIVE UP ON PLAYER DEVELOPMENT OVER SOMEONE's BUSINESS PLANS!

REC TEAMS

  • One PUMA jersey purchased during registration ($40)



SELECT TEAMS +

  • 6 piece PUMA Uniform Kit will be used for 2 years (2026/27 and 2027/28 season); use of the old kit will not be allowed.
  • Parents, make sure to size and order correctly. If done right, you can make them last. COME TO THE FIELD to TRY YOUR CHILD FOR SIZE.
  • Follow the link in your email invitation to buy the uniform. (approx $200 for 2 years. 6-piece package with custom name and number) Check your spam folder and email info@hollywoodfc.com if you need it resent.
