Girls Soccer Program Philosophy

Hollywood FC Girls Soccer Program is dedicated to the education and the development of the individual player and team so that the players may be competitive within the local leagues, The Florida League, MDSL, SFPSL, EDP, CCL, GHSL, and other such leagues joined in 2026 to provide a unified new League and pathway for girls statewide under the Florida Girls League (FGL) for all levels of girls soccer in one League Classic, Division 2 and Division 1 with promotion and relegation for all.

RECREATIONAL GIRLS PROGRAM

Get Sporty - To shape up and have fun, join a team.

A recent study found that female athletes performed better when they felt they were an important team member, and those who weren't strong athletes pushed themselves harder when they were part of a group.

Hollywood FC offers competitive and recreational soccer programs to provide an environment where the girls can be proud to play and call their home.


  • PREMIER teams are the top-tier teams that train and play matches at a more competitive level.

  • SELECT teams are REC+; they play matches in the Greater Hollywood Soccer League (GHSL) and some tournaments.

  • Wildcats ACADEMY is for beginners (no games until ready to compete, mostly if not ALL boys)

Home for Every Girl

  • New competitive players pre-register for tryouts

  • We are looking to evaluate all female players to join our ELITE, PREMIER and SELECT teams - TRYOUTS ARE FREE

  • When more girls register than roster maximums, we have to turn some away, do not delay!!!

  • TRYOUTS ARE NOT for new players to try soccer; we offer GRAY Recreational coed teams or Wildcats Academy for that

Join the Club

Our Competitive coaches focus on pushing to improve in all aspects of the game. Team priority is commitment and desire to play high school/college soccer or beyond.

All girls, regardless of skill set, are welcomed to participate in Girls Academy. Please take into consideration your daughter’s commitment. It is difficult on the team if a player cannot participate regularly.


When female team cannot form we can offer you a spot on a boys/coed team if interested.

From U5 to U18

  • Evaluated players tryout to make the team
  • Limited roster spots; register ASAP.

  • Divisions U5/U6/U7/U8 play 4v4
  • Divisions U8 – U10 play 7v7
  • Division U11/U12 play 9v9
  • Divisions U14+ play 11v11 (target team size 18)

  • Professional Coaches for all players
  • We know we develop girls
  • We know we develop good coaches
  • We also know neighboring club like to poach both Girls and Coaches
  • WE WILL NOT GIVE UP ON PLAYER DEVELOPMENT OVER SOMEONE's BUSINESS PLANS!

PUMA KIT UNIFORM ORDERING

  • New PUMA uniforms will be used for 2 years (2026/27 and 2027/28 season), use of the old kit will not be allowed.

  • If you do not size the uniform, and you order too small or too big, it is the parent's responsibility to get a replacement at additional cost, you can make them last if you order correctly.

  • COME TO THE FIELD or OFFICE or Boggs Soccer Shop AND TRY YOUR CHILD UNIFORM FOR SIZE  - ask for Nicole, she is not there every day during the Summer break.
